Halloumi

All hail the squeaky cheese.  So did I ever mention that I love halloumi cheese?  Mr halloumi is pretty darn pleased with himself here, with his gently toasted skin in lettucey wonderland.

My scan’s gone a bit blotchy in places on this one for some reason, otherwise this makes me fairly happy… and hungry.
