For the E17 Art Trail this year there will be a series of little libraries across Walthamstow for people to borrow books to read, their motto – Take a book, return a book.  I was lucky enough to be one of the artists to decorate one of these lovely little things.  Here are some pictures including a particularly uncomplimentary one of me writing its name on it (thanks BF!)  It will be in Cleveland Park Ave in time for the opening of the Art Trail on 31st May.

where clouds really come from

cloud bears

I dreamt last night that clouds were really strange sheep-like bears with very long legs, therefore it must be true.  It seemed worth a doodle!

Bear and I are exploring the woodland around a country home, which fits rather neatly into this week’s Illustration Friday topic, “explore”

Here’s a close up

Bear and i are visiting a heritage site.  There’s a 3D version of this on its way, it really wants to be a paper model too!

Ink drawing with semi opaque overlay and digital colour

I’m quite enjoying how much my paper and digital collages are becoming a bit interchangable.
