The London Illustration Fair

I’m thrilled to be one of this year’s selected artists at The London Illustration Fair. The event is happening this weekend (4th – 6th December) at the Barge House, Oxo Tower Wharf,  London SE1

Here’s one of the framed pieces I’ll be showing – a piece of handcut paper lettering, and some of the hand printed gift wrap too. I’ll be posting more pictures of products and my stand as the week carries on.

Here’s my series of drawings in The Guardian’s Do Something magazine, 7th November. Make your own cheese for The Guardian and Symonds Cider.

A lovely job for a lovely picture editor and designer team. I’d happily do a set of drawings every week for these guys!

Everything is going to be ok

cactus emma russell lhr

“Everything is going to be ok” some massive cacti for the group exhibition “The things I think about when I think about thinking” which opens at The Hanbury, N1 on 6th November. It’s a 50 x 70cm print so it’s got lovely thick outlines and even a tiny bit of (whisper it) texture in the yellow.

It’s the last of the LHR shows that Mr Gresty will be curating, he’s done such a great job on these so I’m very pleased to be involved in the last one. Get along to see it from 06.11.15 – 31.01.16
