True Romance, an exhibition of movie and romance themed prints, is on from 6th February until 17th February at East End Prints, 70 Paul Street, EC2A. More details here on East End Prints website. It includes my print Casablanca, based on the airport scene with Humphrey Bogart and Ingrid Bergman.
It’s unusually sparse for me! No line work. I stripped away all the detail as I was working as it’s a very recognisable scene. It allowed me to combine both figures into one silhouette. By the way the etymology of the word silhouette is fascinating and I only recently learned it, you can read about it here.
